The Brichta Family

For close to 50 years the Brichtas have been members of Temple Beth-el. We have truly enjoyed the warmth, spiritual leadership, inspiration and friendship of Rabbi Victor Weissberg. He has touched our lives deeply: Bar and Bas Mitvahed Rand and Penny, married them to Marla and Bob, conducted family funerals and has always ‘been there’ for Elaine and me, counseling us, installing us in many Temple office, lastly as co-presidents of the Temple.

Twenty-eight years ago Rabbi performed Rand and Marla’s wedding in St. Louis. To this day we are not sure if he was authorized and sanctioned in Missouri. It’s been a very successful marriage, so we won’t ask questions!
